Father Nathan Cromly, a priest currently serving in the Archdiocese of Denver and president of the Saint John Institute, has spent the last 20+ years making the truths of the Catholic faith practical and impactful to people of diverse circumstances. As president and founder of the Saint John Institute he draws on his personal and entrepreneurial background to empower to families, couples, businesses, and individuals to Dare Great Things for Christ™.
Father Cromly began his ministry to families working with young adults at Eagle Eye Ministries. Realizing that he could apply the same practical methods of spiritual development he taught at Eagle Eye to spiritual guidance for people in all stages of life, Father Cromly expanded his ministry to adults, couples, and families and developed the AUDEOTM Approach that translates the ancient wisdom of the Catholic Church into practical tools to help contemporary parents lead their families and spouses with the love and power of Christ. Father Cromly’s ministry has expanded to thousands of men’s, women’s, and couples’ retreats nationwide to help both men and women step into the responsibilities they have to lead their family in faith.
In addition to his work with families, Father Cromly is a speaker, author, podcast host, retreat leader, and occasional outdoorsman. Originally from Toledo, OH, he enjoys traveling, American history, classical music, and playing the blues harmonica. Father Cromly is grateful to be a priest and hopes that his work & his vocation will bring a smile to the Blessed Mother and to you.

The origins of the Saint John Institute date back to 2003 when Eagle Eye Ministries held its first retreat. Today, SJI is a thriving leadership institute providing much desired instruction to families, businesses, young adults and entrepreneurs. In so many ways we live in a broken world and we need to raise up leaders who can rise to the challenge to bring virtue and hope to those who want to live an excellent, deep and meaningful life. Through Eagle Eye Ministries, we Inspire. Through the Saint John Leadership Institute, we Equip. Through the Saint John Leadership Network, we Engage.
